Buying Guide

The right of withdrawal is governed by the legislative decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005 and subsequent modifications. The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law if the customer (ie an individual who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity or does not make the purchase indicating in the order a reference VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send to NESMED S.r.l. a communication within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication of the withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to: NESMED S.R.L. - VIA AMBROGIO TRAVERSARI 92 - 00152 ROME (RM). The communication can also be sent in advance by e-mail to ordini@nesmed.it, provided it is confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours.

Attention: customers who purchase with VAT number can not exercise the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal method

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on a part of the product purchased;
- the right does not apply to sealed products, once opened;
- the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
- to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product must be avoided;
- according to the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the asset are charged to the customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer;
- in case of damage to the goods during transport, NESMED S.r.l. will inform the Customer of the event (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly report to the courier and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
- NESMED S.r.l. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
- upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, NESMED S.r.l. will deduct from the reimbursement a percentage, however not higher than 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

Return procedure

The procedures that will follow nesmed.it, - NESMED S.r.l. once the customer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal are:

- Registered delivery to the following address: NESMED S.R.L. - VIA AMBROGIO TRAVERSARI 92 - 00152 ROME (RM);
- Pending confirmation of receipt by nesmed.it;
- Sending the package as illustrated.
- To process an exchange or to receive a full refund for a return (excluding shipping charges), contact us to obtain an RMA. The item must be received back within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns are charged with a flat €10 restocking fee.

Except for any restoration costs for damages found on the original packaging, NESMED S.r.l. reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal by bank transfer. Therefore, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBI Code ABI Code - CAB - Current account of the invoice holder).

Expired right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where NESMED S.r.l. find:

- partial use of goods and all consumables;
- lack of external packaging and / or original inner packaging;
- damage to the product due to causes other than transport;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
- in the cases indicated above, NESMED S.r.l. will return the purchased good to the sender, debiting the shipping costs;
- Customers who purchase with a VAT number can not exercise the right of withdrawal.

Warranty and assistance
For the products purchased by the customer on Nesmed.it the rules on warranty and assistance for the sale of consumer goods are applicable.
The products we offer are accessories (cables, probes, bracelets, batteries, lamps), materials subject to natural wear.
